The warehouse project is an internal self-managed service aimed at providing students with technical material, props, scenography and clothing to improve and develop their creative work. This project is in constant development, and in Dantzerti they are collecting materials from the new creation projects that are being carried out each year for subsequent cataloguing and labelling. A working system that helps us classify and sort everything. We also have a loan program that includes a database to facilitate management. There, students and teachers have access to inventory and can book what they need.

We create, manage and disseminate internal and external communication at DANTZERTI. Through social networks (especially Instagram and Facebook) we encourage the spread of events in our community, spread news, learn about schools, set dates for performances, promote collaboration with other associations and entities, etc. With regard to internal communication, we transmit to students and teachers the notifications of the centre, as well as the relevant information we receive from external agents. Finally, before holding the Days of Closeness and Openings, we take care of the dissemination of these initiatives so that the IES and the Bachelor's Schools, and their students, can approach us.

"Dantzerti Podcast" is a project that arises from the collaboration of EITB and Dantzerti. Through radio fiction, the students of the school manage to cultivate important areas in the education of actors, such as voice, cutting or creativity. They also have the opportunity to train themselves in a professional environment once a month in the EITB studios in Bilbao. Students make the journey from the process of creating the script or the radio ladder to the studio speech. As the attempts have progressed, it is also evident how they develop their consciousness of their voice, as well as their knowledge of their faculties and abilities.  

The Internal Actions Group is established to organize the management and production of stage practices, activities and exhibitions in the various Dantzerti subjects, together with the centre's management team. The main objectives of the project are:

- Create community.

- Get to know each other at both the artistic and personal levels.

- Express the interests and curiosity of the student in a comfortable setting.

- Share with the educational community the work done in the subjects.

The students of Dantzerti, through their external practices, have the opportunity to interact with so many texts, festivals, and company. In order to create new opportunities within these practices, participation in the staging created by Dantzertitik in collaboration with the Zinegoak festival and the Musikene school has been offered to 3rd and 4th grade students within their practices.
The play that will be created is based on the testimonies of Inés Vermejo and Julen Nafarrate in the project "Gu ere gara". Nafarrate and Vermejo have interviewed the inhabitants of Getxo of the LGTBI+ group over the age of 65 and have carried out a graphic installation project from there on the streets of Getxo. The work to be created will be presented at the Zinegoak Festival in 2023.

The Euskera project aims to contribute to the normalization of the Basque language in Dantzerti. The wishes and initiatives promoted by the Public Administration alone have great difficulty in incorporating language into everyday life, and it is still impossible to guarantee a balanced bilingual reality.
There are two major fronts in this direction for the Dantzerti community: the working class (especially teachers) and the student body. While in the former the public administration already provides tools and resources in its efforts to influence and Euskaldunize, in the latter the lack is evident, and we feel that it is necessary to provide resources for Castilian students enrolled in school to immerse themselves in an Euskaldun academic environment. That is why we have created this project to promote the Euskaldunization of our studies in the best possible way.

Today, the Dantzerti library has more than 3500 copies, including books, magazines and audio-visual material.
During the course 22-23, copies and collections have been placed in alphabetical order, and all copies have been indexed in English, French, Italian, Catalan and Portuguese. All copies in Basque are being distributed in the same way to facilitate user search and location.
All the new specimens and collections that arrive are being indexed, as is the case every year.
We are drawing up a list of parts of the works used by teachers, which we must send annually to CEDRO, and we have scanned or photocopied them.

The ESADS Network Project is a digital communication channel between the state's most diverse high-level dramatic art centers. On this platform, teachers and students can sign up and put their thoughts and reflections on it. It's a project to create and strengthen relations and ties between students and teachers in different centers. It's also a great opportunity to know what's being done in each center. To this end, we will communicate and reflect on the projects carried out in Dantzerti.

Mobility is a project that promotes and manages the mobility of students and teachers. This project includes the Erasmus+ programme and national educational mobilizations. It encourages the training of students and teachers to be more enriching. To this end, open invitations are made to those who wish to participate, contacts are established with the other centres and the vialisation and financial support of this mobility is determined. It is also a project to create and strengthen relations between our centre and international centres. This project operates within the European framework of higher education.

The objectives of the Dantzerti Information and Communication Technologies project include:

1. Maintain and manage the incidents of the computer networks and equipment of the Centre.
2: Create users and emails from all members of the educational community, departments and projects.
3: Maintain and update the website and upload to it the news and publications indicated by the management team.
4: Contact the CAU for incident management.
5: Perform all the ICT tasks indicated by the Department of Education.

Preventive maintenance of possible contingencies related to the health of teachers and students at the school, as well as safety and prevention standards associated with the school in which we live.

Work areas:

- Meeting with the maintenance of the Educational Centre to address the ongoing operation of security systems.
- Commission and Repository together with the Conservatory's Homologue, of the EPIs of security, chalecos, posits, etc.
- Repositioning of disinfection material, so much in classrooms as in stock in the center.
- Botiquines solicitados para los diferentes centros y actualizados. And gel bags for injuries.
- Meeting with homologue from the Conservatory and maintenance staff for the reconduction of the simulation of incendiaries of the current course.
- Simulation of joint operations with maintenance and conservatory.
- Course of utilization in first aid of defibrillator and risk prevention.
